Lemonade Chapter 39 – Poaching

Hi everyone.

Before this chapter begins we have a quick announcement to make concerning Lemonade. To be honest, the translation portion of this novel was completed a while ago. However, because of the whole situation with jjwxc. Wherein, the jjwxc site decided to go international, which, for the most part, is a wonderful development. It does have quite the downsides for unofficial translators like me.

Due to their decision to go international and the restrictions they have placed on who can submit said translations it has meant that our work is at risk of being stolen and submitted by other people who claim it as their own. The knock-on effects of this are as follows:

1. In the event that someone did submit our work as their own it would mean we would have to take this translation down. Since it would appear that we plagiarised their work and not the other way around.
2. potential legal consequences.

This is why, as you may have noticed if you read a lot of these types of novels, many translation sites have begun locking or removing their translations. To prevent the above from happening.

We, as a team, decided it would be best to put Lemonade on hold until we had more information about what was going on. So that we could make the best decision possible to both protect the team’s work and to ensure that this translation would still be available in the future. This meant that there has been a long delay between chapter releases, for which, we can only apologise. While we were waiting for more information the team and I have been working on other projects, such as Witch Open Your Eyes or WOYE for short.

Please be rest assured that we have not dropped Lemonade, it has merely been placed on a temporary hiatus. Once we have completed our other main project we will focus on Lemonade (at such a point an announcement will be made). But, for now, here is chapter 39.
